Singing with others boosts wellbeing and feelings of connectedness. No experience or confidence is required. Join other courageous women in exploring your voice (body-breath-vocals) warming into singing simple songs and mantras together. We harmonise our unique voices and wishes, naturally supporting each other in being our true selves. Women have shared that they feel “uplifted”, “ease”, “healing” and “connection’’ in these circles.
Singing mantras (‘that which clears the mind’) is the easiest way to meditate. As we sing together from our own homes we get all the benefits of singing without the usual inhibitions. It relieves stress and releases the feelgood chemicals returning us to our natural state of peace, love and joy. Participants have shared that they feel “connected”, “blissful” and “free” at the end of these evenings.
